I really like the shades in this quad as they can create a nice everyday look for an affordable price
Please excuse my very dry, flaky skin because I did not apply moisturizer prior to doing this tutorial. I usually skip moisturizer in the morning if I'm not going anywhere which is a really bad habit >.< So as usual I applied undereye concealer and Urban Decay Primer Potion as my base.
Taking a bit of Benefit's Creaseless Creamshadow in R.S.V.P, I applied this base over my entire lid, concentrating it on the inner half of my eyelid.
Taking the shade labeled 2 from the Revlon quad, I applied this to the inner three fourths of my lid. Shadows like Stila' Kitten and Mac's Naked Lunch are similar to this color.
Taking a fluffy blending brush, apply the color labeled 3 into the crease to give the eyes a slightly contoured look.
The effect is quite subtle but it helps add dimension to the eyes and will help with blending the darker colors later.
Using a smaller crease brush, apply the darkest color labeled 4 from the quad and apply this to the outer third of the crease. Also apply this color to the outer half of the lower lashline.
Wet the small crease brush and dip it into a bit of Mac's Gold Stroke pigment. I have a swatch of this pigment HERE. You may use a dark brown eyeshadow with red undertones if you do not have this pigment.
Darken the outer corner of the eyes and blend the color into the crease. Also trace the pigment along the upper and lower lashlines to create a more cohesive look.
Apply black eyeliner and make a slight wing at the end. I used Physician's Formula Cream Eyeliner and an angled eyeliner brush.
Curl your lashes and apply mascara and you're done! That was easy wasn't it :) I hate hate hate my eyebrows but I'm usually too lazy to fill them in with anything so please ignore them >.<
I have two weeks of winter break left and then I'll be heading back to school :( I probably won't have as much time to post when school starts up again but I will pre-write posts while I still have ample amounts of time to take pictures, edit and write. Hopefully I can be consistent in making at least three posts a week! I was also thinking of doing a giveaway when I hit a certain number of followers... maybe 75. So when that time comes I'll be happy to announce it :)
