My Current Favorite Makeup Brushes

You can have the most expensive and coveted makeup products the world has the offer but if you can't apply them properly, what's the point? Brushes are essential in my makeup routine and they definitely change the way product goes onto my skin. My brush collection is quite modest and a majority of my brushes are inexpensive and from brands that can be found at drugstores. I am planning to haul a variety of new brushes in the upcoming months but before that, I wanted to share my currently most loved brushes. Let's see if my favorite brushes change in a few months! Check out the video to see why I picked these brushes:

E.L.F Studio Powder Brush
Paris Presents (Walmart Brand) Angled Blush Brush
Essence of Beauty (CVS Brand) Blush and Powder Brush
Mac 239 Flat Shader Brush
Mac 217 Tapered Blending Brush
Essence of Beauty Small Crease Brush
Ecotools Angled Liner Brush

FTC: I bought everything in this video with my own money except the Sigma brush. I am a member of the Sigma Affiliate Program which anyone can join. All of my reviews are 100% honest.

  4. I clean my brushes with... pretty much anything that foams.... I know it sounds bad but really, shampoo that you use for your hair works fine. I also use face washes sometimes. As long as you clean them thoroughly and often (about once a week is good) you should have clean, sturdy brushes! I will be doing a post on my eye primers soon but off the top of my head I think Urban Decay Primer Potion and Too Faced Shadow Insurance are great :D
