Mint nails are a must for spring and summer and Neely fits the mood perfectly as part of Zoya's Lovely collection. Zoya described Neely as a "earliest spring green cream" which honestly doesn't give me much of a hint about the color. I would describe Neely as a muted green mint with a cream finish. If you've been intimidated by some of the brighter mint polishes out there, Neely might fit the bill.
The formula was easy to work with and the cream finish was opaque in two coats. I did three coats just to even out the nails. The polish was less thick and opaque than Zoya's Blu. Like Blu, I had minor cracking after three days of wear which was only noticeable from up close. The wear is average for me but if you have shorter nails and are gentler on your nails the polish will crack less.
I knew Neely resembled something I already had but I have no polishes that look remotely similar. As I was applying my Queen Helene Mint Julep face mask, I smirked as my nails blended perfectly into the goopy mask. Why not match your mani with your pampering weekly mask?
